Today, I will introduce "Kyoto Light Up", which are evening illuminations of popular sightseeing spots, in Autumn Color Season.
Already Autumn is gone and Winter is come here in Japan.
However you might feel dreamlike Kyoto.

The first destination was Kodaiji Temple. In the end of November, Kodaiji had the densest crowds and the best colours. The temple's rock garden also had a light up with illumination that changed and moved, making an interesting light show for visitors.

Kurama is located in the central to western part of Sakyo-ku in Kyoto City.
It thrived as a temple town for Kurama-dera Temple, as well as a post town for travelers along the Kurama Highway that connected Kyoto and Wakasa.
Kurama-dera Temple was founded in the Nara Period, during the 8th century.

This time, I will introduce Mount Takao (高尾山 takaosan).
Mt Takao is a mountain in the city of Hachiōji, Tokyo, Japan.
Standing 599 m tall and located within an hour of downtown Tokyo, it is a popular hiking spot, with eight hiking courses and more than 2.5 million annual visitors.
The Tama Forest Science Garden is also located at the mountain's base.

Fuji Five Lakes (富士五湖, fujigoko) is the name of the area located at the base of Mount Fuji in the Yamanashi prefecture of Japan.
It has a population of about 100,000. and sits approximately 1,000 meters above sea level.
The name Fuji Five Lakes comes from the fact that there are five lakes formed by previous eruptions of Mount Fuji.

Hakone is the location of a noted Shinto shrine, the Hakone Gongen, which is mentioned in Heian period literature.
During the Gempei War, Minamoto no Yoritomo prayed at this shrine for victory over his enemies, after his defeat at the Battle of Ishibashiyama, which was also located with the borders of present-day Hakone.
As with the rest of Ashigarashimo Distrct, the area came under the control of the late Hōjō clan of Odawara during the Sengoku period.
After the start of the Edo period, Hakone-juku was a post station on the Tōkaidō highway connecting Edo with Kyoto.

Mount Fuji (富士山, Fuji-san) is the highest mountain in Japan at 3,776 m (12,388 ft).
Along with Mount Tate and Mount Haku, it is one of Japan's "Three Holy Mountains" (三霊山 Sanreizan).
An active volcano that last erupted in 1707–08, Mount Fuji is just west of Tokyo, and can be seen on a clear day.

Nikkō (日光市 Nikkō-shi, literally "sunlight" or "sunshine") is a city located in the mountains of Tochigi Prefecture, Japan.
Located approximately 140 km north of Tokyo and approximately 35 km west of Utsunomiya, the capital of Tochigi, it is a popular destination for Japanese and international tourists, housing the mausoleum of shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu (Nikkō Tōshō-gū) and that of his grandson Iemitsu (Iemitsu-byō Taiyū-in), as well as the Futarasan Shrine, which dates to the year 767.
There are also many famous hot springs (onsen) in the area.

Onuma Park is an area of abundant nature, forests and lakes.
Although Hakodate is itself full of highlights, Onuma Quasi-national Park is an hour's drive from Hakodate.
This 9,083 ha park is at the foot of Mount Komagatake and includes Onuma, Konuma, Junsainuma and other lakes.
Onuma is the largest lake and is 24km in circumference with a depth of 13.6m.
A volcanic mudflow from Mount Komagatake once caused a dam to block a stream and thus led to the formation of Onuma.

Noboribetsu is located in southwestern Hokkaido in Shikotsu-Toya National Park.
Noboribetsu is a name from the local Ainu language which means "a cloudy river tinged with white."
This name refers to the large sulphur deposits in the area.
Noboribetsu is one of Hokkaido's best known (and most commercially developed) hot spring areas, and it is basically a one street village with hot spring hotels on both sides.
Visitors to Noboribetsu can experience the hot spring waters at the town's famous Daiichi Takimotokan hotel which has 20 different hot spring baths.
